Weighing Filling Machine

This type of filling machine is used for products that are granular in nature. Products such as legumes, olive seeds, nuggets, and falafels are among the items that can be filled into containers using this method.

The weighing filling machine usually has 1, 2, 3, or 4 weighers. Materials are poured into, for example, Weigher 1, 2, 3, or 4, then weighed and dispensed into containers. It is possible that when we pour the materials into a conveyor bucket, more materials are dispensed, causing the accuracy to decrease significantly, and the materials are only weighed. We need to control the amount of material to be dispensed into the weighers by adjusting the conveyor speed or the lift speed, either increasing or decreasing it.

The difference between the weighing filling machine and the multi-head filler is that in multi-head fillers, materials are dispensed into at least 10 buckets, and the three buckets with the closest weight to the desired weight are opened by the PLC command to dispense the material into the container. However, in the weighing filling machine, the number of buckets is fewer, and the accuracy is lower compared to the multi-head filler.
